Know your rights!
If you are formerly incarcerated, awaiting trial or serving time for a misdemeanor, you are still able to vote, as long as you are released from prison and not in a halfway house or correctional facility on pre-release status.
You may still vote even if you do not have a permanent address. You may use the address of a shelter program with whom you have an established relationship with. To establish a temporary address for voting purposes, visit Broad Street Ministry (215-735-4847) at 315 S. Broad Street, Monday – Friday, 11:30am-1:30pm and Wednesday, 4:00pm-6:00pm.
