Action Wellness is honored to announce that we have received a generous $20,000 grant from the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation to support two vital programs: the Perinatal Support Group and the Michael Taylor Fund (MTF).
Action Wellness’s Perinatal Support Group provides education, peer connection, and compassionate support to pregnant and birthing people living with HIV and their families. The group offers a welcoming space where participants can build community, reduce isolation, share experiences, and exchange information that empowers them to make informed decisions about their care and the well-being of their children and families.
The MTF provides emergency financial assistance to people living with or at high risk of acquiring HIV. By assisting with housing, food, transportation, and other basic necessities, the fund enables clients to address urgent needs.
For four decades, Action Wellness has provided comprehensive, client-centered services that address the medical and social needs of people living with or at high risk of acquiring HIV. We are deeply grateful to the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation for its partnership and commitment to people affected by HIV. Together, we are expanding access to essential support, strengthening our community, and helping build healthier futures.
