Action Wellness was founded on a mission to provide holistic, life-affirming care to people living with HIV and substance use disorder. Over the decades, our services have grown to include much more – medical case management, housing services, legal assistance, and emotional support. Through it all, our mission has remained steadfast: to enhance the quality of life for the diverse communities we serve.
Our history is one of perseverance, even in the face of great challenges. We’ve stood firm through the early days of the HIV epidemic, through economic downturns, and through moments when social and political uncertainty loomed large. Today, we remain just as resolute in the face of bad news or bad times. No matter what hurdles may arise, Action Wellness will continue to be a source of care and hope for everyone who turns to us.
