1026 Arch Street office moving to West Philadelphia
After ten years of rewarding work, Action Wellness will be closing our office at 1026 Arch Street due to changes in the building’s ownership. By July 9, 2018, all staff at 1026 will be transitioning into our two West Philly offices.
Free HIV Testing will now be offered at our Annex West Clinic at 3901 Market Street, and case management services currently at 1026 Arch will now be at 3600 Market Street.
Please join us in bidding farewell to 1026 Arch Street, home to our Center City Annex since 2008! We’re excited for our next chapter.
